In-door Event Spaces

• 12, 447 sq. ft of flexible & accommodating event space within 5 Banquet Rooms, plus 3 smaller breakout rooms. Sit-down banquet facilities fit 16 guests & up to 550 guests.
• The ultra grandiose “Olympus Ballroom” offers an additional 12, 876 sq. ft of event space available for larger special sit-down events, fitting up to 450 guests.
• Banquet halls are perfect for Ceremonies when weather conditions are not perfect

• Pool-side Gazebo
  Up to 15 seated attendees fit underneath Gazebo & up to 40 including the outside bridge/ terrace
  Located in the centre of the main pool off of the Olympus Ballroom… beautiful view of the resort pool & partial ocean view
• Garden Gazebo     
  Up to 5 standing attendees fit underneath Gazebo & up to 25 seated fit including the surrounding gardens
  Surrounded by lush gardens, overlooking a small lagoon in the centre of the property, just off of the Spa & meditation beds, tranquil & tropical
• Naos Beach (Most requested location)
  Up to 150 seated attendees for the ceremony
  On beach with the spectacular backdrop of the Caribbean sea & white sands of the Dominican Rep. Floral Arch or Huppa available
• Gabi Beach
  Up to 40 attendees can be seated
  Beach front area, more secluded & private area- chill-out beach chic feeling- bohemian, casual & clean- minimalist

Event Locations

• Naos Beach
  Up to 200 seated guests & 300 for cocktails, large sandy area, creative setting… round tables of 6, 8 or 10 guests or long imperial style seating… dance floor  or bar area can also be placed
• Gabi Club & Beach
  Up to 80 seated & 100 for cocktails
  Seating is available in the centre of the restaurant underneath the “palapas” or on the outer terrace overlooking the beach- funky, modern, casual & beach feel
• Olympus Terrace
  Up to 50 seated & 80 for cocktails
  Overlooking the main pool off of the main “Colonial Plaza”- striking colors of blue & aqua against the contrasting off-white colonial style arches of the Paradisus Palma Real architecture
